Pre-Assessment Survey

This pre-assessment survey that you have to complete before starting the 30-day routine consists of a series of questions that allow us to determine your current smartphone behaviour and relationship to your device. It's sets your starting point from which you'll be able to see yourself evolve over the next 30-days.

Weekly Screen Time Log

These weekly logs of your average phone stats will make sure you check in regularly. This keeps you motivated and helps you track your progress. After filling in your personal details you simply register a couple of statistics based on your weekly averages for that week. These statistics can be found directly on your phone and we've included short instruction videos below to help you find them.

This 7-day challenge does not promise to completely solve everything for you. Changing bad habits, build new ones is hard. The tips and simple daily routines we challenge you to try for a week, however, will be a great reset button & the perfect starting point to go from mindless, frictionless use of a phone towards more intentional screen time by introducing smart friction.

Our approach: friction design

Declutter your phone

By understanding how our phone work, you can start

don’t just get rid of or ‘resist’ them, we replace them with
new ones. That means going from mindless to mindful
phone use.

Direct results on your phone behavior. That last
